I’m a systems thinker with 20 years of experience in faculty and administrative roles and unique expertise in faculty affairs, faculty development, organizational development, instructional design, online program development, assessment, and accreditation.

I am committed to using data-based decision-making to provide career-long professional development, build a diverse workforce, foster inclusive and equitable work environments, shape faculty talent to adapt to changing contexts, and foster continuous improvement.
