I’m a systems thinker with 20 years of experience in faculty and administrative roles and expertise in faculty affairs, faculty development, organizational development, instructional design and technology, online program development, assessment, and accreditation.

I am committed to using data-based decision-making to provide career-long professional development, build a diverse workforce, foster inclusive and equitable work environments, shape faculty talent to adapt to changing contexts, and foster continuous improvement for employees, organizations, and students can thrive.
